Operations & Business Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to drive the success of the Europcar business, supporting the performance of our branch network. Reporting to the Revenue & Business Analyst, this is a pivotal role within the business.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our locations when they encounter operational challenges, including customer issues, rental system matters, process gaps, fleet availability and other day-to-day operational challenges. The Operations & Business Analyst will work closely with key teams within the business to identify issues, understand business performance and turn data and operational information into practical actions.

Motivated and driven, your demonstrated experience in business, commercial, and revenue analysis will enable you to hit the ground running in this opportunity. Your passion for understanding what is happening, why it is happening, and what we should do about it will support your success in this 'hands-on' role.

This role may require some travel to Pilbara and Regional branches for operational support.

The successful candidate will be required to;





- Provide day-to-day operational support to all Europcar WA branches
- Investigate operational issues to identify root causes and provide solutions
- Monitor rental activity, including bookings, rentals, vehicle availability etc.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements
- Monitor branch performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and service

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in a business, operations, commercial and revenue analysis is required
- Proven experience with Power BI, Power Query or similar business intelligence tools is favourable
- Strong communication skills and attention to details, with a focus on data accuracy
- A strong interest in market trends, competitor activity and customer demand
- An understanding of revenue, pricing, utilisation and commercial performance
- Relevant WA industry knowledge and experience in the Car and Truck Rental Industry (or similar) would be preferable
