**Milke is growing and we’re looking for an Operations & Project Coordinator to join the team.

We work across events, influencer marketing, social media, hospitality, fashion, beauty and brand partnerships, and we’re looking for someone incredibly organised to help keep everything moving behind the scenes.

This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, timelines, checklists and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll work closely with the Founder and wider Milke team across client projects, events, campaigns and internal operations.

What you’ll be doing

- Keeping client projects, campaigns and events organised and on track
- Managing timelines, deadlines and internal task lists
- Updating and maintaining Notion and project trackers
- Coordinating suppliers, freelancers, photographers and videographers
- Supporting event logistics, run sheets and guest lists
- Following up on deliverables, approvals and outstanding tasks
- Helping organise shoots, meetings and project schedules
- Keeping client folders, documents and campaign information up to date




- Supporting onboarding for new clients and team members
- Helping improve Milke’s internal systems and processes
- Making sure the team always knows what needs to happen next

Who we’re looking for

You’re highly organised, proactive and love working in a rapid-paced creative environment.

You’re the kind of person who sees something that needs doing and gets onto it.

You’ll ideally have experience across project coordination, events, marketing, PR, social media, hospitality or agency life, although we’re open to the right person with transferable experience.
