About the Role

We're looking for an Operations Network Specialist to join the Operations Network Support team and play a key role in enabling the success of our Retail Branch Network.

As a key operational support partner, you'll provide timely and practical guidance to frontline bankers on operational enquiries, policy interpretation, process requirements and system-related matters.

Through clear advice and strong stakeholder engagement, you'll help drive consistent customer outcomes, strengthen risk management practices and build operational capability across the Network.

Working as a trusted subject matter expert, you'll collaborate closely with frontline teams, Risk, FCC, Technology and change delivery teams to ensure operational processes, procedures and knowledge content remain accurate, compliant and fit for purpose.

This is an excellent opportunity to influence how the Network operates by representing frontline requirements in change initiatives, system enhancements and continuous improvement activities.

You'll advocate for branch needs, identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes, and help deliver operational excellence through strong governance, knowledge management and specialist support.

Your contribution will directly support better customer experiences, stronger risk outcomes and greater consistency across the Retail Branch Network.
