We’ve been operating since 2014 and are known for quality workmanship, reliable service and clear communication.

We’re establishing a permanent base in Wagga Wagga to support our growing commercial workload across the Riverina.

About the role

We’re looking for a reliable, organised and skilled Operations Supervisor to run commercial painting jobs across the region.

This is a hands-on role combining on-the-tools painting with site leadership and job coordination. You’ll be responsible for keeping day-to-day work running smoothly while maintaining the quality and safety standards our clients expect.

What you’ll do

- Run day-to-day commercial painting jobs and deliver high-quality painting work




- Lead small teams and coordinate schedules, inductions and job readiness
- Communicate with clients, builders and site supervisors
- Make sure materials, labour and site requirements are organised
- Maintain WHS and safe work practices
- Help build D&N;’s presence across the Riverina

What you’ll bring

- Practical painting experience and confidence working on the tools
- Experience leading a team or coordinating work on site
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently, solve problems and keep jobs moving
