About the Role

As an Operations Support Staff member, you will rotate between departments and assist with:

- Laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linen and residents' clothing.

- Cleaning resident rooms and communal areas to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable workplace.

- Catering duties, including meal preparation support, serving meals, dishwashing, and maintaining food safety standards.

- Following infection prevention and control procedures.

- Working collaboratively with all departments to ensure excellent resident care and service.

Shift Times

- Cleaning 7:00am – 2:00pm

- Dining Room 7:00am - 1.30pm and 1.00pm to 7pm

- Kitchen Assistant 6.00am - 1.00pm

- Shifts will be rostered across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.

About You

You will have

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- A willingness to work across Laundry, Cleaning, and Catering.





- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

- Good time management and attention to detail.

- A genuine commitment to providing quality service to older people.

- Need To Have Police Check or willingness to obtain before commencement of work.

Desirable

- Previous experience in aged care, hospitality, cleaning, or commercial laundry.

- Knowledge of infection control and workplace health and safety practices.

- Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
