This role is for someone who is an expert developer in Optimizely in Australia or Indonesia. If you have .NET dev skills, but have not yet learnt Optimizely, we respect you and your skills. However we need someone who has knowledge in Optimizely now. For context, we are experts in Optimizely (Platinum Partner) and have been named Optimizely Partner of the Year several years in a row.

Luminary has dedicated offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Bali and Jakarta.

Solid preference will be given to applicants who have the ability to easily commute to one of our offices to leverage collaboration and client engagement opportunities. Our team has different needs and some team members come in for one day per week while others work in the office 5 days. We are focused on what works best for you, the project team, connection and your family needs.

If you are looking after kids or parents and need to go part time, we are open to it.

Required Skills/Experience

- Extensive Optimizely development experience

- C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, .NET 10

- Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD systems

- Microsoft Azure cloud hosting experience

- Excellent written communication skills

- Self QA - Test features yourself against designs and/or requirements. Ensure features meet quality standards before passing onto others for review

- Estimation skills - Estimation of work items for either new projects or for new developments on existing projects.

- Technical Project Ownership - Taking ownership of a project from a technical point of view. When dealing with a client whilst a producer takes on responsibility for the budget and schedule, the technical project owner will be responsible for the technical delivery.

- AI skills - Work with AI to support code reviews and documentation





- Security - Following Application Security Best Practices Implementing best practices for securing the solution/application and protecting user data.

Keeping up with the latest security threats and applying necessary updates to mitigate risks.

- Performance Optimisation - Ensuring that the solution/application performs well across various devices and platforms by optimizing code and resources. Monitoring and improving the app’s load times, responsiveness, and overall performance.
