Job Summary

MPC Cloud Consulting is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials solutions for enterprise clients.

The role requires strong expertise across Oracle Fusion Financials , solution architecture, business process transformation, stakeholder management, and end-to-end implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions and providing functional leadership across complex transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end solution architecture and functional design for Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.
- Design and configure solutions across key Finance modules including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management
- Expenses
- Tax
- Intercompany
- Financial Reporting
- Lead Fit-Gap analysis, solution design, process mapping, and functional documentation .
- Define Finance business processes aligned with Oracle Fusion Cloud best practices.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, Finance leadership, technical teams, integration teams, and project managers.
- Provide functional leadership during CRP, SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support .
- Review and guide configuration,



integrations, reports, data migration, and extensions from a Finance solution perspective.
- Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and digital transformation .
- Support solution estimation, effort planning, proposals, RFPs, and client presentations.
- Lead workshops and communicate complex Finance concepts effectively to senior client stakeholders.
- Mentor functional consultants and provide architectural guidance to project teams.
- Ensure solutions comply with Oracle Cloud architecture principles and implementation methodologies.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Oracle Fusion Finance

8+ years of relevant Oracle Finance experience

Oracle Fusion Cloud

Solid hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials

Implementation

Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementations

Finance Modules

Strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management and related modules

Solution Architecture

Ability to design end-to-end Finance solutions and integration touchpoints

Business Processes

Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report and Financial Close

Client Management

Strong stakeholder and client-facing experience

Documentation

Experience preparing solution designs,



process flows and functional specifications

Leadership

Ability to lead functional teams and mentor consultants

Communication

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud implementations in large or global organizations.
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Finance integrations.
- Exposure to Oracle Analytics / OTBI / BI Publisher / Financial Reporting.
- Understanding of data migration and reconciliation processes.
- Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Structures and Finance configuration.
- Experience with multi-country / multi-ledger implementations.
- Exposure to AI, automation, and emerging Oracle Cloud capabilities.
- Oracle Fusion Financials certification will be an added advantage.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

MBA / CA / CMA / equivalent Finance qualification will be an advantage.
