We are currently seeking an Order Management to join our team in Sydney.

Your purpose:

- Gathering and interpreting customer instructions and order information to coordinate shipments within specified KPIs and shipping windows
- Entering, organising and maintaining order information in EDI and Cargowise to support accurate processing, monitoring and reporting
- Monitoring order information and obtaining updates from Geodis overseas offices, subsidiaries and agents to identify exceptions, delays and required actions
- Preparing and communicating accurate shipping instructions and information requirements to Geodis overseas offices and agents
- Coordinating and validating operational information with shipping lines, overseas Geodis offices and agents, freight forwarders, carriers, and internal and external customers
- Analysing shipment exceptions and communicating explicit information on delays, risks and available actions to customers
- Analysing customer, order, freight, pricing and service-performance data to identify trends, risks, recurring issues and improvement opportunities
- Preparing analytical reports, management briefings, dashboards and recommendations to support commercial and operational decisions
- Reviewing the accuracy,



completeness and integrity of information held in EDI, Cargowise and customer systems, investigating discrepancies and recommending corrective action
- Evaluating implemented service or process improvements against agreed KPIs and reporting outcomes to management
- Maintaining autorating and shared masterfile information to support consistent and accurate pricing outcomes
- Reviewing relevant order, freight and pricing information and preparing quotations in conjunction with, and subject to approval by, the KAM
- Coordinating and maintaining the information required to create and manage Buyers Consolidations
- Investigating logistical constraints, assessing available information and recommending practical actions to support shipment outcomes
- Developing, maintaining and interpreting customer reports to support service monitoring and management review
- Monitoring container allocation information and coordinating allocation requirements against customer orders and shipping priorities
- Managing multiple information, reporting and coordination priorities within required service timeframes
- Participating in customer relationship visits where appropriate to gather feedback, clarify information requirements and identify service improvement opportunities
- Preparing information,



analysis and service-performance content for QBRs and other customer presentations

You'll bring:

- Extensive industry knowledge is a definite requirement for this role
- Experience analysing customer, order, freight, pricing or service-performance data and identifying trends, risks and improvement opportunities
- Experience preparing analytical reports, dashboards, management briefings and evidence-based recommendations
- Experience reviewing information quality and evaluating business or service improvements against KPIs
- High level of expertise in MS office skills
- Excellent presentation skills – both written and verbal
- Advanced spreadsheet analysis, reporting and dashboard preparation skills
- Extensive Cargowise experience
- Proficiency in reviewing and maintaining information held in EDI, Cargowise and customer systems

Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
