Job Description

Bankstown Sports is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to lead the Events & Functions kitchen during weddings, galas and large-scale functions. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will guide service periods, ensure high-quality food experiences and maintain rigorous HACCP standards.

You will manage kitchen operations, mentor junior chefs, and help control food costs while delivering exceptional hospitality across multiple venues.
