About you

- Strong pasta cooking and preparation experience
- Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Experience working in a busy restaurant or pizza kitchen
- Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Reliable, hardworking and a good team player
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
