Job Description

The Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) in NSW seeks an experienced Solicitor LO4 to join the Child Law Advocacy team in Dubbo or Orange. You will deliver high quality legal advice, litigation services, and representation in complex, sensitive matters involving children and families.

You will lead complex analyses, manage litigation before Courts and Tribunals, and provide strategic advice on legislation and policy.
