About the Roles

Working within a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will help lead service, maintain exceptional beverage standards, and contribute to a positive and professional team culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the day-to-day management of bar operations

- Lead service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Deliver exceptional cocktails and memorable guest experiences

- Train, mentor, and motivate the bar team

- Maintain high standards of beverage quality, consistency, and presentation

- Assist with stock control, ordering,



and inventory management

- Ensure compliance with venue procedures, licensing requirements, and service standards

- Lead by example and contribute to a positive, qualified team culture

About You

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role

- Comprehensive understanding of wine, spirits and cocktail composition

- Experience in stock control, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Demonstrated ability to train and lead a team

- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences

- Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
