We are seeking experienced and motivated Enrolled Nurse to join our dedicated Community Nursing team based from Tooleybuc. Tooleybuc offers health professionals meaningful work in a supportive, close-knit community. As the Enrolled Nurse, you will: n

- Deliver safe, person-centred, evidence-based nursing care
n
- Assess, plan and evaluate care in collaboration with the Registered Nurse
n
- Provide clinical care, education and health promotion
n
- Build strong therapeutic relationships and work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team
n
- Recognise and respond to deterioration, escalating care as required
n
- Support safe transitions of care and continuous improvement activities
n
- Work within scope of practice, including delegated activities, and support AINs, students and learners
n
