As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Delivery Driver/Warehousing Support to join our team and who shares our commitment to quality, teamwork, and accountability - with a little bit of fun along the way!

About the Role:

This is a hands-on hybrid, varied role combining Delivery Driving and Warehouse Operations. You'll be an key link between our products, our team, and our customers. You'll spend part of your day delivering air conditioning units and related equipment to our clients and the other half ensuring the warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently preparing for the next day's deliveries. There is some support required for customer enquiries and processing sales. There's no cold calling in this role, our sales are relationship-driven and inbound. This role suits someone who is organised, dependable, enjoys being active, and takes pride in delivering a consistently high standard of work.

Key Responsibilities in this role include:

- Deliver air conditioning units and related equipment to contractors, retail stores, and project sites
- Assist with handling and lifting bulky items, working closely with forklift operators to ensure safe delivery.
- Complete accurate goods receipting, reconcile delivery dockets, and ensure all paperwork and systems are aligned.
- Assist warehousing to receive,



unpack and record incoming stock in our ERP system
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate deliveries with drivers and team members
- Maintain organised and accurate inventory
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with WHS standards
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide product information
- Process sales orders and transactions accurately
- Prepare quotes and support the sales team with follow-ups

What We're Looking For?

We're looking for someone who understands that great service comes from consistency, attention to detail, and clear communication. In a small team like ours, every person contributes to the overall customer experience.

You'll ideally bring:

- Hold a valid full driver's licence with a strong, proven driving record.
- Experience in a warehouse or store person role (HVAC experience is a bonus but not essential)
- A forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
- Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory systems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, responsible, and detail focused.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Most importantly, you're reliable, take ownership of your work, and contribute positively to a team environment.
