Your New Role

In this role, you'll play a critical part in delivering exceptional member outcomes by managing corporate insurance arrangements, insurance underwriting administration, member enquiries, and employer-related insurance processes. You'll work closely with internal teams, external insurers, employers and members to ensure accurate, timely and compliant administration of complex insurance and corporate account matters.

Please note this role is a full time contract chance until June 2027.

Key responsibilities fall under Insurance administration, Corporate accounts management and Member and Stakeholder Support:

- Process and manage insurance applications and underwriting requests;
- Assist with complaints, incident remediation and complex insurance enquiries;
- Manage employer-funded insurance premium administration and reconciliations;
- Administer corporate account processes including employer communications and application processing;
- Build strong relationships with employers, insurers and stakeholders; and
- Partner with internal teams across Operations, Service Centre, Compliance and Complaints.

- Strong knowledge of insurance processing, underwriting and member administration;




- Knowledge of regulatory and legislative requirements relating to superannuation insurance

- Confidence managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
