The INS Group is seeking a Workforce Coordinator to manage 24/7 nursing rosters and gain exposure to HR, employee relations and performance management. This part-time role emphasizes coordinating shifts, vacancies, and communication with staff while supporting HR processes alongside our HR Advisor.

You’ll contribute to smooth operations, with a focus on developing HR-related skills and experience within a healthcare setting. Flexible hours and a supportive team are offered.
