About the Role:

We are continually looking for enthusiastic and talented people to join our team.

OurBrisbane, Queenslandoffice is currently seeking a Cadet Civil Drafter on a permanent, full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities and Activities Include:

- Prepare and update civil drawings for waste, water and mining projects under supervision.
- Assist with drawing production using AutoCAD.
- Prepare figures, sketches and plans for reports and proposals.
- Assist with quantity take-offs and bills of quantities.
- Maintain drawings in accordance with ATCW CADD standards and document-control requirements.
- Undertake basic engineering and design-support tasks under supervision.

Knowledge,



Experience and Skill Requirements Include:

- Diploma or Associate Degree in Civil Engineering, either recently completed or nearing completion.
- Basic AutoCAD capability, with a willingness to develop proficiency in general civil drafting.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to follow established drafting standards.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to seek guidance.
- Motivation to build a long‑term career in civil drafting and design.
- A White Card and current driver’s licence (desired, not essential).
