Youth Leadership Victoria (YLV) is looking for a passionate and dedicated Diploma-qualified Coordinator / Service Leader to join our Before and After School Care program at St Mark's Primary School Fawkner.

We need someone who can manage our Before and After School Care service from Mondays to Fridays.

Our community is energetic, activeand creative — the children love sports, outdoor play, craft and community connections. We’re seeking team members who can bring the same enthusiasm, care, and leadership.

Shift Hours:

- Before School Care: 6:30 am – 9:00 am
- After School Care: 3:00pm – 6:30 pm

What We’re Looking For:

- Educators with a passion for child development and wellbeing
- Enthusiasm for sports, games, craft and engaging activities
- English communication skills with children and families
- A positive, reliable, and community-minded attitude

Mandatory Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification)
- Current Working With Children Check (Employee status)
- Current First Aid,



CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis management training (HLTAID012 or equivalent)
- Mandatory Reporting & Child Protection training (Victoria-specific)
- Food Safety Handling certificate (recommended for OSHC settings)
- Proven experience in an OSHC, childcare, teaching, coaching, or community role
