You will connect with prospective business customers, uncover opportunities, qualify leads and secure appointments for the wider sales team. /n This is a fully office based role, five days per week. /n • Generating and qualifying new sales leads

/n • Booking quality appointments for Sales Executives

/n • Building rapport quickly and confidently over the phone

/n • Asking the right questions to uncover customer needs





/n • Managing follow ups and keeping opportunities moving

/n • Researching prospective customers and target markets

/n • Maintaining accurate information within the CRM

/n • Working towards individual and team KPIs

/n • Coordinating appointments based on location and sales priorities What we’re looking for/n You might currently work in telesales, telemarketing, outbound customer service, lead generation, appointment setting or business development. /n More importantly, you are someone who can pick up the phone, create a conversation and keep going when the first answer is no. /n You will bring: /n • Previous outbound calling, telesales or telemarketing experience

/n • Confidence speaking with business customers

/n • A natural ability to build rapport and influence outcomes

/n • Resilience, energy and genuine motivation to earn commission

/n • Robust communication and objection handling skills

/n • Experience working towards KPIs and activity targets

/n • Good CRM and administration skills

/n • A reliable, consistent and team focused approach
