St Philip’s College | Alice Springs, NT | Full-Time| Commencing Term 1, 2027

St Philip’s College is seeking an organised, practical and enthusiastic individual to join our Outdoor Education team in a full-time Logistics and Operations Support role commencing Term 1, 2027.

Working closely with the Head of Outdoor Education, this position plays a key role in the preparation, coordination and successful delivery of the College’s Outdoor Education Programme.

Key responsibilities

- Assist freelance and casual staff, including scheduling, tasking, and performance monitoring
- Assist in the facilitation of staff briefings, debriefings, and contribute to induction and ongoing training
- Assist with equipment preparation, packing, maintenance, and storage
- Conduct regular stock takes and ensure all gear is fit for purpose and compliant with safety standards
- Maintain asset registers and coordinate servicing schedules
- Assist in the development and delivery of Outdoor Education programs, ensuring alignment with educational goals and risk management protocols
- Organise transport, catering, and other logistical elements for trips and activities
- Support the creation and maintenance of operational manuals, risk assessments, and program documentation




- Assist with the management and distribution of program information to students, staff, and parents
- Maintain accurate records of medical information, pastoral care notes, and incident reports

About you You will be organised, adaptable, safety-focused and comfortable working in a hands-on and changing environment.

Applicants will require a Certificate IV or higher in Outdoor Recreation or Outdoor Education and Wilderness or Remote First Aid. Relevant experience or qualifications in bushwalking, canoeing, climbing or mountain biking will be highly regarded.
