ABOUT THE ROLE

Backam Group is currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packers for casual, ad hoc, on-call work based in Smeaton Grange, NSW. ? Please note: This is NOT a full-time or ongoing 5-day-per-week position.

Shifts are offered based on daily production requirements and customer demand. Some weeks may offer multiple shifts, while other weeks may offer limited or no work.

This opportunity is best suited to candidates seeking flexible casual work.

? Location: Smeaton Grange, NSW

? Pay Rate: $33.05 per hour casual

⏰ Shift Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm

➕ Overtime may be available until 5:00pm

? Employment Type: Casual, Ad Hoc, On-Call

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Packing DVDs, video games, and similar products into plastic cases
- Completing visual quality checks
- Ensuring products are packed accurately
- Working to production targets
- General packing and production duties
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace




- Following workplace health and safety procedures

ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will have:

✔️ Strong attention to detail

✔️ Reliable attendance and punctuality

✔️ Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately

✔️ Current driver's licence and reliable transport

✔️ Must live locally to Smeaton Grange or surrounding suburbs

✔️ Ability to accept shifts at short notice

✔️ Ability to respond quickly when contacted about available work

✔️ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

✔️ Previous packing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not essential
