? About the Role

This role offers a primarily paediatric caseload, with opportunities to support youth and young adults. You’ll deliver both NDIS therapeutic supports and private services, working closely with families, support coordinators, and fellow clinicians to achieve meaningful, functional outcomes.

You will

Provide evidence‑based paediatric intervention

Conduct functional assessments aligned with NDIS practice standards

Support youth and young adults with capacity‑building goals

Develop clear, goal‑driven therapy plans

Maintain high‑quality documentation and reporting

Contribute to service development as our organisation continues to expand

Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy

Current AHPRA registration

Experience or interest in paediatric practice

Strong communication skills and a warm, reflective practice style

Commitment to strengths‑based, participant‑centred therapy

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
