Paid Media Specialist | $120,000 + Super | Hybrid | Yarraville Office

I’m working on a Paid Media Specialist opportunity with a well-established Australian consumer business with two growing brands, a serious media investment and big ambitions for growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows paid media inside out, but importantly, can look beyond the Ads Manager dashboard.

You’ll own paid social across Meta and TikTok, work closely with the team across Google and YouTube, and have the opportunity to test and scale emerging channels.

The most interesting part? Creative, customer behaviour and commercial thinking are just as important as channel expertise.

You’ll be

- Owning paid social strategy, execution and optimisation
- Building structured creative testing across UGC, influencers, social-first and brand creative
- Working closely with creative + organic social to turn performance insights into better creative
- Looking beyond platform metrics to understand the broader customer journey
- Making recommendations around where media investment should increase, decrease or shift
- Exploring new channels including Pinterest,



Reddit and emerging platforms
- Using AI and automation to work smarter, while keeping the human judgement firmly in the driver's seat

The profile I’m looking for: Someone with 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, robust Meta expertise and solid TikTok capability, ideally coming from a DTC/eCommerce consumer environment.

But the real point of difference is commercial and brand thinking.

You’ll need to understand how paid media interacts with creative, CRM, organic, retail, search and the wider customer journey, and be super confident challenging the status quo when the data or customer behaviour tells you something different.

Experience in a high-consideration consumer category is a huge plus.
