Role: Pallet Repair Operator

Location: Oxley, VIC

Shifts: Afternoon (Mon-Thurs 1.45pm - 10.00pm & Fri 12.00pm-6.30pm)

Pay: $35.32 P/Hr + Training + Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing

- Inspecting and repairing wooden pallets using hand tools (machine-assisted)
- Operating equipment safely and efficiently
- Working towards daily team goals
- Keeping your workspace clean and organised
- Manual handling up to 10kgs

Who You Are You might have experience in manual work, warehousing, or just love working with your hands. What matters most is your attitude:

- Safety-focused and reliable
- A great team player




- Willing to learn and grow
- Forklift license is a bonus, but not essential
- Able to pass a medical and drug/alcohol screening
- Full working rights in Australia
