Description

We're a local hospitality group with several venues and a catering arm, and we're hiring one part-time bartender for one of our venues. Each venue has its own pace and personality, but we expect the same everywhere: show up, work well with your team and take pride in what you do. This role suits someone who is confident behind the bar and on the coffee machine, and wants to be part of a place locals love coming to.

It's two to three shifts per week, increasing to four or five during busy periods. All roles start at Level 2 non-supervisory award rates: $27.08 per hour midweek and $40.62 per hour on Sundays. Supervisory shifts may become available for the right candidates with suitable experience.

Those shifts pay $27.97 per hour midweek and $41.96 per hour on Sundays. The role could become full time for the right applicant, with an above-award salary negotiated on experience. When you apply through ReelWork, tell us about your bar and coffee skills, hospitality experience and availability.

What you'll do





- Prepare and serve drinks, including coffee
- Support floor service when needed
- Keep the bar and service areas clean and organised
- Work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams

- Confident coffee-making skills (required)
- Bar or hospitality experience
- Reliable, punctual and a good team player
- Pride in your work and care for the customer experience
- Available for two to three shifts per week, with more during busy periods
