Part-Time Medical Receptionist – Ettalong Beach NSW
Providence Medical Ettalong is seeking a friendly, organised Medical Receptionist to join our busy general practice on a part-time basis. Commitment of 16 hours per week is required.
Located in beautiful Ettalong Beach, this is a great opportunity to work in a supportive team environment while making a real difference in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming patients and providing excellent front desk service
- Managing phone calls and appointment bookings
- General administration and reception duties
- Supporting smooth day-to-day clinic operations
About You:
- Robust communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous reception/admin experience (medical highly regarded )
- Experience with medical software (Best Practice preferred )
- Knowledge of Medicare billing processes (Necessary)
