We are currently running a search on behalf of a prominent, national accounting and advisory firm to appoint a new Partner for its Accounting and Tax (Business Advisory) practice in Perth.

The firm is on a steep growth trajectory, and a senior person is required to add leadership and capacity to the local team. This is an exceptional opportunity and different from most, due to the investment behind the organisation, unique culture and way the firm operates.

As a Partner you will play a pivotal role in advancing the business strategy and driving the firm's growth. You will be a dynamic leader with a strong growth mindset who is passionate about innovation, client relationship cultivation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

To be considered for this position you should have the following profile:





- 10+ years’ experience in delivering quality Accounting & Tax (Business Advisory) services.
- Familiarity with ‘mid-market’ clients, including SMEs, family businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
- Business development aptitude, with the potential to source and convert current business.
- People leadership skills and the ability to retain and develop a team.
- Ability to collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Driven and pro-active, with a desire to build a strong practice.
