We are looking for reliable, experienced and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team, working across aged care facilities, hospitals/healthcare environments and commercial sites.

The role involves maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and infection control while ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for residents, patients, staff and visitors.

Previous experience in aged care, healthcare, hospital or commercial cleaning is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

- General cleaning of resident/patient areas, offices, common areas and workspaces
- Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, toilets, kitchens and amenities
- Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces
- Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping and dusting
- Waste collection and disposal, including general, recycling and designated waste streams
- Replenishing consumables including soap, paper towels and toilet paper
- Operating cleaning equipment such as vacuums, scrubbers and floor machines
- Following site-specific infection control and hygiene procedures
- Following WHS requirements and safe chemical handling procedures
- Completing cleaning checklists, records and reports
- Reporting maintenance issues, hazards, damages or safety concerns
- Working respectfully around residents, patients, staff and visitors
- Following all site policies, procedures and confidentiality requirements

Required Documents Applicants should have or be willing to obtain:
- Current Police Check – Mandatory
- Valid Driver Licence – Mandatory
- Valid Australian working rights / visa




- NDIS Worker Screening Check – Mandatory
- Working With Children Check – Preferred
- White Card – Preferred

Additional site-specific health or compliance documentation may be required for certain aged care or healthcare facilities. Qualifications & Experience
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Experience in aged care, hospital or healthcare cleaning is highly regarded
- Understanding of infection control and hygiene requirements
- Ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Ability to follow cleaning schedules, checklists and supervisor instructions

Standard shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Some flexibility may be required for weekends, public holidays or additional shifts depending on site requirements.

Pay: $27.00 – $30.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate
