About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Parts 2IC to join our team at Clark Equipment’s Acacia Ridge branch.

This is a hands-on position focused on staff supervision, customer service, and service department support — ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within our Parts Department.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and high customer satisfaction standards.

This role is ideal for a senior Parts Interpreter or team leader ready to take the next step in their career within a well-established and respected organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Parts Manager in supervising and supporting daily team activities
- Deliver high-quality customer service to external customers, internal sales, and service teams
- Accurately interpret and supply parts across multiple brands and product lines
- Liaise with the service department to ensure parts availability and timely repairs




- Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Manage order accuracy, supplier communication, and backorder tracking

About You To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

- Proven experience in parts interpreting and customer service
- Strong leadership or supervisory skills
- Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking abilities
- A mechanical or technical understanding of mobile plant, forklifts, or heavy equipment (highly regarded)
- A proactive, customer-focused attitude and commitment to teamwork
- A current forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
