About the Role

As a Parts Interpreter, you'll be the face of our Parts Department, assisting retail customers, trade clients, and our internal workshop teams. No two days are the same. You'll combine your customer service skills, problem-solving ability, and product knowledge to help customers find the right parts and accessories every time.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers at the parts counter, over the phone, and via email
- Interpreting and identifying genuine parts and accessories
- Processing customer enquiries and parts orders accurately and efficiently
- Supporting workshop technicians with internal parts requirements
- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and trade partners
- Managing stock receipting, inventory control, and parts administration
- Learning and navigating manufacturer parts catalogues and dealership systems
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences that put a SMILE in Every Drive

What We're Looking For

Experienced Parts Interpreters

If you've worked in automotive parts, dealership parts departments, automotive retail, truck,



agricultural, mining, or industrial parts environments, we'd love to hear from you.

New to Parts? That's Okay Too.

We are willing to train the right person. If you have a outstanding attitude, strong customer service skills, and a genuine interest in vehicles or mechanical products, we can provide the training and support to help you succeed.

You'll be a great fit if you:
