Parts Supervisor

Source: uWorkin Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the onsite Parts Department, ensuring parts availability, efficient inventory control, exceptional customer service, and strong leadership of a high-performing team. Working directly within the mine environment, you will play a critical role in supporting equipment reliability and minimising downtime for mining operations.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Parts Interpreter, Parts Team Leader or Parts Supervisor looking to advance their leadership career in a dynamic mining environment while enjoying the lifestyle benefits of the Central West region. - Oversee daily Parts Department operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy and service excellence.
- Drive exceptional customer service through effective parts interpreting and issue resolution.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, transfers and deliveries to maximise parts availability.
- Collaborate with Service and Operations teams to support customer and business requirements.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and profitability.

About The Candidate

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience within parts, warehousing, mining, construction or heavy equipment industries.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in parts sales, parts interpreting or product support operations.
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment components, inventory management and customer support.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, build capability and drive performance outcomes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
- Forklift Licence and Caterpillar, mining or DBS systems experience highly regarded.
