About the Role

We're looking for a friendly and organized Parts & Service Advisor to join our team.

This is a unique role that combines customer service, service administration, parts sales, and inventory support. You'll be the link between our customers, workshop, and parts department, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient experience from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing service bookings and customer enquiries.
- Preparing repair orders and coordinating workshop jobs.
- Providing service updates and assisting customers.
- Supplying parts and accessories to customers and technicians.
- Processing parts orders and monitoring backorders.
- Assisting with stock control and inventory management.




- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Parts and Service departments.

About You We're looking for someone who has:

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in parts, service, warehousing or automotive retail.
- Good organisational and computer skills.
- The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Warehousing, inventory, or parts experience highly regarded.
- Automotive dealership experience highly regarded.
- Current Driver's Licence.
