About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Coordinator Passenger Services, we have a full-time role based in our Glenorchy office.

The role is classified at Level 2 of the Social Community Home Care and Disability Services Award 2010 (SCHADS) with the benefit of salary sacrifice options.

As the Passenger Services Coordinator – Area Connect, you will provide high-quality coordination and administrative support to the Area Connect team.

Working closely with Regional Coordinators and the wider Passenger Services team, you will coordinate transport scheduling, develop driver rosters, complete passenger suitability checks and help identify practical transport solutions that respond to community needs.

You will also develop positive relationships with consumers, community groups, Jobs Hubs, industry representatives and internal teams to promote Area Connect services and support the development of productive community partnerships.

Key requirements of the positions will be a combination of the following:

- Coordinate and support the timely and effective delivery of Area Connect passenger services
- Coordinate and review small-bus transport schedules
- Develop driver rosters to support effective service coverage
- Complete passenger suitability assessment checks
- Work with Regional Coordinators to develop practical and creative transport solutions




- Assist with general call centre and passenger booking duties when required
- Maintain accurate and timely service information and reporting
- Use fleet and mobility management systems to coordinate service delivery
- Liaise with Fleet Services to help ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained in a safe operating condition
- Build relationships with community groups, Jobs Hubs and industry stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery, procedures and passenger outcomes.

About You We're looking for a reliable, punctual, customer-focused and enthusiastic individual to join our team. If you have the following skills, we'd like to hear from you:

- A strong and confident communicator who can genuinely engage with our consumers to meet their needs with empathy and understanding whilst balancing their expectations/requests and our service parameters
- Calm, professional manner with a can-do attitude under pressure to effectively operate in a high-volume call centre environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate competing priorities in a changing environment
- Active and effective team member who works closely with other team members and business areas to ensure seamless collaboration in servicing our consumers
- Demonstrated competence in the use of Microsoft Office, web-based systems and CRM databases
- Must be an Australian Resident or hold an Australian Working Visa

All CTST employees must
- hold a current driver’s licence
- have a Working with Vulnerable Persons Card (or be willing to obtain)
- have a current National Police Check (or be willing to obtain)
