Ganley Group Hospitality is seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to oversee daily operations at The Fifth Province in St Kilda. You will lead staff, manage guest service, inventory and scheduling, and work closely with the Venue Manager to uphold the venue’s high standards.

This role suits a hospitality skilled with strong leadership, exceptional communication and problem solving skills, able to flex hours including evenings and weekends to support a premium pub and events space.
