Synergie Australia is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Transport Compliance Administrator to join our valued client in Altona North, VIC . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a rapid-paced transport environment.

The important parts: n

- Pay: $40- $45 per hour + Super
n
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm
n
- Employment Type: Casual with the potential to become permanent
n
- Start Date: ASAP
n

What you will be required to do: n

You will play a key role supporting transport operations and ensuring driver compliance requirements are met.

n

- Complete driver sign-off and compliance administration tasks
n
- Review and maintain driver documentation and records
n
- Ensure compliance information is accurate and up to date
n
- Assist with transport-related administrative duties
n
- Update and maintain spreadsheets and databases
n
- Liaise with drivers and internal stakeholders as required
n




- Support day-to-day operational and compliance processes
n
- Maintain accurate records in line with company procedures
n

To be successful in the role you will: nn
- Have previous administration experience
n
- Possess basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
n
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Be reliable, organised, and able to manage competing priorities
n
- Have excellent communication skills
n
- Be comfortable working afternoon shifts
n
- Experience within the transport or logistics industry will be highly regarded
n
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods requirements is advantageous but not essential
n
