The Opportunity n

We are looking for a hands‑on Workshop Technician to join our growing Technology team.

n

This is a varied role where you will help take projects from parts and components through assembly, testing and final dispatch, ensuring our technology solutions are ready for deployment to client sites.

n

You’ll work across both our workshop and warehouse, taking ownership of parts, inventory, project builds, testing, packing and logistics.

n

This role would suit someone with a trade, technical, parts or warehousing background who enjoys building things, solving problems and working with technology.

What You’ll Be Doing n

- Workshop assembly, fit‑out and preparation of technology projects.
n
- Testing and quality checking equipment before deployment.
n
- Managing parts, stock, inventory and project requirements.
n
- Ordering, receipting, stocktakes and project allocation.
n
- Packing and dispatching equipment to clients and project sites.
n
- Working with electrical, mechanical, instrumentation and technology components.

What We’re Looking For n

You’ll ideally have:

n

n
- Trade, technical, parts, warehousing or inventory experience.
n
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude.
n
- Confidence using hand and power tools.
n
- Ability to read technical drawings and instructions.




n
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
n
- Good organisation and problem‑solving skills.
n
- Basic computer skills for inventory and project records.
n
- Current Australian driver's licence.
n
- A genuine interest in technology and learning new skills.
n

Highly Regarded n

Experience or qualifications in any of the following would be an advantage:

n

- Electrical or Instrumentation & Control.
n
- 12V/24V DC electrical systems.
n
- Control cabinets, switchboards or electrical assembly.
n
- Trailer, vehicle or mobile equipment fit‑outs.
n
- Solar, battery and remote power systems.
n
- Sensors, PLCs, RTUs, IoT or telemetry.
n
- Mining, industrial or heavy equipment environments.
n
- Parts, stores, inventory or warehouse coordination.
n

Where This Role Can Take You n

This is more than a workshop or warehouse position. We want someone who can grow with the role.

n

Initially, you'll focus on parts and inventory, project assembly, testing and preparation. As your capability develops, you'll have the chance to become involved in:

- Client‑site installation and commissioning.
n
- Electrical and instrumentation systems.
n
- IoT, telemetry and remote monitoring.
n
- Solar and remote power systems.
n
- Fault finding and technical support.
n
- Product development and prototyping.
n
- Project delivery and coordination.
n

The longer‑term opportunity is to develop into a well‑rounded Technology / Electrical & Instrumentation Technician, capable of taking projects from workshop build right through to client‑site commissioning and support.
