About the Role

You'll be working across a range of commercial and residential projects throughout the Cairns region, carrying out concrete cutting and drilling works to a high standard.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Concrete cutting, core drilling, wall sawing and floor sawing

- Safely operating and maintaining concrete cutting equipment

- Reading and following site plans and job specifications

- Completing work efficiently, accurately and within required timeframes





- Following all workplace health and safety requirements

- Assisting with site setup, clean-up and general labouring duties when required

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has at least 12 months' experience in concrete cutting or a similar construction role

- Is physically fit and comfortable with hands-on, manual work

- Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in doing a good job

- Is reliable, punctual and willing to get stuck in

- Can work well as part of a team, as well as independently

- Holds a current White Card

- Holds a current driver's licence and has their own reliable vehicle

Experience in concrete cutting is preferred, but we're happy to hear from the right person with a strong construction background and the willingness to learn.
