Job Description

QT Melbourne is a 5-star, 188-room design hotel in the heart of Melbourne's theatre district. We are seeking a Food and Beverage Team Leader to guide the on-floor F&B; team during conferences and events, ensuring flawless service and client satisfaction.

You'll oversee daily operations, training, cost control, and guest relations, with a rotating roster including evenings and weekends. RSA & VCGLR cards required, and a passion for delivering memorable experiences at QT.
