Tasman Butchers is one of Victoria's largest independent butchers, with 9 stores across metropolitan Melbourne. We are seeking a creative and organised Graphic Designer / Marketing Co-ordinator to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this hands‑on role is ideal for a recent graduate or emerging creative professional looking to develop their skills across graphic design, content creation and retail marketing.

Key responsibilities

- Create and deliver marketing materials across print, digital and in-store channels
- Design promotional artwork, signage, social media assets and branded content
- Create and manage website assets, imagery and promotional content
- Create, manage and schedule social media content across relevant platforms
- Manage influencer partnerships and coordinate collaborations where required
- Liaise with external stakeholders, suppliers and creative partners to support marketing initiatives
- Support marketing campaigns from concept development through to execution
- Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints

About you

- A relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop




- Strong attention to detail and the ability to bring creative ideas to life
- Excellent written communication and proofreading skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Confidence working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to interpret creative briefs
- Experience in content creation, including photography, video or short-form digital content, is highly regarded
- An interest in food, retail and consumer trends
- Previous retail, grocery or FMCG experience is advantageous but not essential
