Job Description

CommBank is seeking a Concierge at the Chester Hill Branch to greet customers, understand enquiries, and guide them to the right channels. You will build connections to enhance the customer experience and demonstrate in-branch technology and digital banking options. The role is part-time (28.75 hours per week) with a roster Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 9:30am–4:00pm.

A qualified, friendly presence and strong customer-service skills are essential. Arabic or Vietnamese language skills are desirable.
