Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with multiple departments like sales, marketing, and operations teams to conduct financial analysis, modelling, in order to provide financial insights that support their strategic decisions
- Strong interaction with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that financial insights are effectively utilized across the organization
- Prepare reports for management that summarize business performance,
- Validate timekeeping records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Review and data entry of outsourcing labor related information as directed, and reconciliation of vendor statements if necessary
- Assist in execution of ad-hoc projects

Requirements

- A proactive attitude with the ability to follow up tasks independently and ensure timely completion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word, and accounting systems
- Numerical and analytical ability
- Able to work to deadlines
