Classification:SCHADSLevel 7 with a salary range of $124,863 - $130,100 per annum + Superannuation

Location:Preston, VIC, 3072 however remote or hybrid working arrangements will be considered

About your new role

Reporting to the Senior Manager People, Capability, Culture and Safety, this role leads the co-design, development and implementation of strategic organisational initiatives and transformation projects that support Neami’s organisational priorities. This includes leading PCCS projects, process improvement initiatives, policy and resource development and business improvement outcomes.

The People Capability Culture & Safety (PCCS) Transformation Consultant will be relied upon to bring a positive transformation lens, collaborative leadership practice and effective stakeholder engagement to all stages of the organisational PCCS projects and initiatives.

What you will bring to the role

- You have solid experience in Organisational Project/Transformation Management and/or strong Generalist HR expertise with a passion, interest and experience in Strategic People Projects
- Collaborative leadership and proven partnering practice
- Experience in multi stakeholder engagement
- Strong process/continuous improvement skills
- Able to translate theoretical concepts into practice outcomes
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills enabling you to successfully engage with all stakeholders and put them at ease during times of uncertainty
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (police check) – disclosable outcomes considered
- Australian working rights
