The role supports safe, person-centred care under the General Manager and Care Manager, mentoring nursing staff and ensuring documentation meets required standards.

Applicants should hold an unrestricted Nursing registration, substantial experience in aged care, with solid assessment, documentation and regulatory knowledge.
