Virtue Homes is a premium custom home builder based in Traralgon, part of the Virtue Group alongside Virtue Developments. We design and build architecturally considered homes across Gippsland, and we're growing, with our Eden 37 mid-century display home opening in Traralgon in early 2027.

The role

Reporting to our Marketing Manager, you'll create and manage content across social, digital, TV, radio and podcast channels. It's a hands-on role for a creative, organised person who wants to grow with a premium regional brand and is excited about using modern tools, including AI, to work smarter.

What you'll do

- Plan, create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, in line with our brand guidelines and content calendar
- Photograph and film builds, display homes and team moments
- Help produce content for our TV, radio and podcast campaigns
- Write captions, EDMs, blogs and website updates, and support SEO/GEO on virtuehomes.com.au
- Use AI tools for content, editing and workflow as part of our marketing approach




- Help run display home launches (including Eden 37), open homes and local events in Traralgon and Warragul
- Track campaign and social results and report on what's working
- Keep signage, brand assets and marketing materials consistent

About you

- Study or experience in marketing, communications or a related field
- A strong eye for premium, lifestyle-led design and content
- Confident with Canva, Meta Business Suite and photo/video editing (Adobe, CapCut)
- Open to and curious about generative AI tools
- Organised, self-directed and comfortable working with a manager who works remotely, with regular check-ins
- Happy to appear on camera or voice content for the brand (optional, covered by a signed release)
- An interest in architecture, interiors or construction is a bonus
