We are currently recruiting for an Asset Manager to join this high-performing Property team. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside a respected Senior Manager and deliver an exceptional standard of service within a highly refined
portfolio.

- $120k base + Super

The Role:

- Manage and execute property and leasing strategies to enhance asset performance
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, valuations, and capital works planning
- Lead contract negotiations and manage service providers (e.g leasing agents, PMs)
- Support acquisitions, disposals,



and due diligence (cash flow modelling etc)
- Ensure ESG and NABERS compliance, driving sustainability upgrades
- Foster tenant relationships and identify value-add initiatives
- Collaborate with global teams across fund, asset, and investment functions

The Candidate:

- University degree in Property or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ of relevant experience within the real estate sector
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities
- Knowledge of the Australian real estate market
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
