This role exists to oversee community connection and formation–helping people move from crowd to church family, and from church family to apprentices of Jesus. They do this primarily by overseeing our connection pathways, generations ministries, and discipleship ministries. This full time role is ideal for someone who loves Jesus, is passionate about urban ministry, and wants to help people to find their place in the life of the church.

As our Associate Pastor, you will...

Formation and Discipleship

- Own the Strategy, health and growth of the church's Life Groups

Newcomer Integration

- Oversee the newcomers cause as the primary on-ramp into committed community participation.




- Provide pastoral and strategic oversight of the YA demographic and its volunteer leadership team.

Staff Leadership and Supervision

- Provide pastoral leadership to our community.

What you need to have and be...

- Relevant theological/pastoral qualifications or training
- Demonstrated experience in ministry leadership and volunteer team development.
