Alpine Resorts Victoria (ARV) is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide confidential executive support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team. This pivotal role is responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating communications, preparing executive reports and presentations, and supporting key strategic initiatives across the organisation.
Based in Mansfield, Lilydale, Hybrid or Resort locations, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, the ARV Board, and external partners to ensure seamless executive operations and exceptional service delivery.
