Alpine Communications is a leading provider of end-to-end civil and construction services for the Telecommunications and Rail sectors across Queensland. With a reputation built on reliability, quality workmanship, and a commitment to excellence, we are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Full-Time Civil Worker to join us.

About the Role n

As a Civil Worker, you will be part of an experienced construction crew working across a range of rail and telecommunications projects throughout the GOLD COAST. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in civil construction, hands-on concreting experience, a proactive approach to work, and the flexibility to adapt to dynamic and changing site environments

Key Responsibilities & Requirements n

Strong understanding of civil works and construction practices

n

Concreting experience (ESSENTIAL)

n

Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and drawings

n

Strong communication, problem-solving, and on-site decision-making skills

n





Flexibility to work across multiple sites and adapt to operational needs

n

A positive, reliable, and team-focused "can-do" attitude

n

Rail industry experience highly regarded

n

White Card and current Driver's Licence (HR desirable)

n

Valid RIW (Rail Industry Worker) card (desirable)

n

Strong commitment to safety and adherence to established procedures
