The Australian Attorney-General's Department invites applications for a Deputy Chief General Counsel to advise the Commonwealth on constitutional and public law, statutory interpretation and the development, implementation and administration of legislation, or engage in complex constitutional litigation.

This senior role leads the Office of General Counsel, mentoring other lawyers, building strategic client relationships, and providing high-level leadership within AGS’s national practice.
