We’re looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a major Modern Retailing transformation within a large, complex enterprise environment.

n

This is a significant business and technology transformation focused on modernising how customers purchase, manage and interact with products and services through a new Offer and Order-based environment.

n

You’ll work across Digital, Technology, Commercial and Operational teams, helping define requirements, map complex customer journeys and support the transition from existing platforms and processes.

What you'll be doing n

n
- Gather and translate business and technical requirements into clear requirements and user stories
n
- Map current and future-state processes across digital and assisted customer journeys
n
- Analyse impacts across people, process and technology
n
- Manage requirements through design, build, testing and implementation
n
- Work closely with technical teams across integrations,



data flows and platform dependencies
n
- Identify dependencies and support delivery sequencing and prioritisation
n
- Support business readiness, change and adoption activities
n

What we're looking for nn
- Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst within large, complex environments
n
- Excellent requirements gathering, process mapping and As-Is / To-Be analysis skills
n
- Experience delivering major technology or platform transformation programs
n
- Strong understanding of systems, integrations and technology delivery
n
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
n
- Strong stakeholder management across business, product and technology teams
n
- Experience across digital retailing, eCommerce, customer platforms or order management environments would be highly regarded
n
